Many times business owners are so focused on the now, they forget to monetize the future. First and foremost increasing sale frequency starts with a great experience at your business. Even after you have put a work into attracting a loyal customer base there are always other’s wanting and in search of your product or service, so why not you accept their business instead of giving them to the competition.

Social marketing through direct targeting campaigns is one of the most powerful ways to execute on attracting a new customer base. This doesn’t mean to just post on facebook and make sure that your friends and family like the post. Attaining new customers through social platforms requires highly thought out ad campaigns to a specific market already interested in your product or service. Facebook is one of the most detailed targeting tools to leverage in today’s business world. For instance, you can target people by area, demographic, interest, and even income level. This makes gaining new customers in today’s business field extremely easy if done properly.

Now complement free value with a premier service, and you’re bound to acquire more raving fans than a major sports team.

Although originality is the key to innovation and greatness, start looking at what’s already working in your industry. Model a company who is doing better than yours with a free value offer.
